To create your child’s unique story, please provide accurate details such as name, hair colour, eye colour, and skin tone. We craft the story based on the information you give — please double-check everything before submitting!

Each book is made to order with care and usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Because every book is personalised just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You’ll have the chance to preview and approve your personalised story before finalising your order. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

All content, illustrations, and designs in the books are the property of Snoogums Bookums. Personalised elements belong to the purchaser for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or resold.

We take your privacy seriously. Personal details provided for personalisation are used solely for creating your book and are not shared with third parties.

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, Shop pay.
